Our new website is live

Thank you for your continued support of ESi Technology. Our new website is now live.

We started the redesign from the two questions businesses ask us most: “What problem will this solve for me?” and “How are other companies using it?” We rewrote the introduction to every product and service so you can find the right solution faster.

What’s new

• Solutions organized by need: The Solutions menu groups our offerings by customer data, LINE marketing, websites and digital experience, and AI, with full introductions to the Customer Data Platform, the LINE marketing platform AIM, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud and more.
• Real customer results: Case studies show how clients across industries put our solutions to work, and what they achieved.
• Chinese and English: An English version of the site makes it easy for partners and clients outside Taiwan to get to know us.
• Easy to read on any device: The layout was redesigned for desktop, tablet and phone, so browsing and getting in touch work just as well on mobile.

Built with our own AIM Sites

The new website is built on AIM Sites, a platform developed by ESi. Our marketing team builds pages from blocks, AI helps draft content, and every change is reviewed and checked automatically before it goes live.

We turned the way we manage our own website into a product, and we hope to help more businesses update their sites quickly and with confidence.

AI solutions available today

• AI Insights: AIM’s AI assistant analyzes member and transaction data every day, explains in a short paragraph why sales changed, and proposes marketing actions for your approval.
• AI Marketing Director: Brings together results from ads, web analytics and LINE every day, proposes concrete next steps, and helps carry them out once a manager approves them in chat.
• AI Webmaster: Regularly checks your site’s links, SEO and accessibility, and prepares fixes as changes for an editor to review and publish.
